Know which automations are worth keeping.
KoinArc Labs reviews your UiPath and RPA portfolio one workflow at a time. Each one gets a clear call (keep, improve, retire, or migrate) backed by evidence, with the cost and effort to act on it.
Free 30-minute scoping call. Read-only access. Fixed fee agreed before any work starts.

Every assessment is led by a senior architect who has run automation and AI in production.
UiPath Advanced Certified
Hands-on experience designing, fixing, and supporting enterprise UiPath estates.
Enterprise AI leadership
Former acting Head of AI at a national logistics enterprise, with production adjudication, anomaly detection, and image recognition systems.
Award-recognized innovation
Leadership recognized with back-to-back HCA Innovators Awards.
Healthcare, finance, and logistics
Automation and AI work inside large healthcare, accounting, and logistics organizations.
Most automation portfolios grew one bot at a time.
That's normal. Teams automate what hurts, fast. A few years later, nobody can say which bots still earn their license, which ones break every quarter, and which ones an API or a native feature would handle better.
If two or more of these sound familiar, it's time for a portfolio review.
- Your license renewal is coming up and the number is hard to defend.
- A handful of bots generate most of the support tickets.
- Workflows depend on screens that change without warning.
- Leadership wants AI, and you're not sure the foundation is ready for it.
- The people who built the original bots have moved on.
The Automation Opportunity Assessment
A fixed-scope, read-only review of the processes you choose. It ends with a decision for every workflow and a roadmap your leadership can approve.
- Dependency inventory
- Every application, credential, queue, schedule, and person each workflow relies on.
- Evidence-linked findings
- Technical debt and risk tied to code, logs, and run history, not opinion.
- A call on every workflow
- Keep, improve, retire, or migrate, with the reasoning written down.
- Cloud and API feasibility
- Where AWS, Azure, or a direct integration beats a robot, with the cost assumptions shown.
- Prioritized roadmap
- Work sequenced by value, effort, and risk, so the first moves are obvious.
- Executive readout
- A working session with your leaders, plus the full written report to keep.
Scoping call
Thirty minutes, free. We agree on which processes are in scope, the access needed, and a fixed fee.
Read-only discovery
We review workflow code, Orchestrator logs, queues, and run history. Nothing in production changes.
Analysis and scoring
Each workflow is scored on business value, stability, risk, and platform fit.
Readout and roadmap
You get the decisions, the evidence, and a plan you can carry out with us or on your own.
Fixed fee, quoted in writing within two business days of the scoping call. The fee depends on how many processes are in scope. You'll know the full cost before you commit.
Book a scoping callEvery workflow gets one of four calls.
The same four outcomes, applied consistently, so your team can compare a finance bot with an HR bot and decide where the money goes.
Keep
It works, it pays for itself, and the risk is low. Leave it alone and monitor it.
Typical sign: steady volume, few exceptions, clear owner.
Improve
The value is real but the build is fragile. Fix selectors, exception handling, credentials, or logging.
Typical sign: high value, frequent tickets.
Retire
It duplicates a native feature, serves a process that changed, or costs more than it saves.
Typical sign: low volume, nobody asks when it fails.
Migrate
An API, integration, cloud service, or AI model would do the job better than screen automation.
Typical sign: the target system has an API you're not using.
Do you have to leave UiPath? No. The goal isn't to replace your platform. It's to know which bots earn their place, and to stop paying for the ones that don't.
Ready for AI? Start from a clean foundation.
An assessment often shows where AI could replace brittle screen automation. When it does, we design those workflows with scoped permissions, measured accuracy, and a human approval step.
- Document intake and extraction
- Exception triage and routing
- Answers grounded in your own policies
- Agents that act only with approval
- Forecasting and anomaly detection
- Case and ticket summaries
AI Innovation Sprints
Facilitated build events for mixed teams of business and technical people. Your team builds bounded prototypes on real problems, then decides what is worth piloting.
- Discover1 build day, up to 10 people
- Prototype2 build days, 12 to 18 people
- Accelerate3 build days, 18 to 24 people
After the assessment
If you want help acting on the roadmap, these are scoped as separate engagements. Consulting firms can also bring us in as a teaming partner.
- Automation remediationFixing the workflows your assessment marked "improve".
- API and cloud migrationMoving "migrate" workflows to APIs or AWS and Azure services.
- Agentic AI and document processingAgents and extraction with audit trails and human review.
- Fractional automation architectSenior oversight for your CoE, part time.

Questions buyers ask first
How much does an assessment cost?
It's a fixed fee based on the number of processes in scope and the access involved. We quote it in writing after the free scoping call, before any work starts. There's no hourly billing.
How long does it take?
Typically two to four weeks from kickoff to readout, depending on how many workflows are in scope. You'll have a confirmed readout date in the proposal.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to workflow source, Orchestrator (or your platform's equivalent) logs and queues, and a few hours with the people who own the processes. We never need write access to production.
Will our code or data be sent to an AI model?
Not without your written approval. Analysis runs in tools and environments you sign off on, and we only use AI services whose terms prohibit training on your data.
Can you guarantee license savings?
No one can honestly promise savings before looking. What we commit to is a defensible answer for every workflow in scope, with the evidence behind it.
Do you only work with UiPath?
UiPath is where we go deepest. The same method applies to Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and custom scripts.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before discovery begins.
Do we have to hire you for the follow-on work?
No. The roadmap is written so your team or another partner can carry it out. If you'd like our help, that's a separate, scoped engagement.
