Test your best AI ideas with your own team.

AI Innovation Sprints are facilitated build events. Mixed teams of business experts and technical builders turn real problems into working prototypes, then decide which ones deserve a pilot.

Every sprint ends with a decision: advance it, revise it, or stop with evidence.

Three formats

Pick by team size and how far you want prototypes to go. Each format includes preparation, enablement, facilitation, and a written decision readout.

Discover

1 build day, up to 10 people

  • Two to three pre-scoped challenges
  • AI fundamentals session for the whole group
  • Demo and scoring at the end of the day
  • Decision readout

Best for: a first look at what AI can do with your data and processes.

Recommended starting point

Prototype

2 build days, 12 to 18 people

  • Three to five challenges with real sample data
  • Hands-on enablement for builders and business owners
  • Coached build time and a mid-point review
  • Evaluation against agreed success measures
  • Decision readout with a pilot plan for the top idea

Best for: teams ready to move one or two ideas toward a pilot.

Accelerate

3 build days, 18 to 24 people

  • Everything in Prototype
  • Extra feedback cycles with end users
  • Architecture notes for the winning prototypes
  • 30-day pilot checkpoint

Best for: organizations ready to fund a pilot soon after the event.

How a sprint runs

  1. Prepare

We work with a sponsor to choose challenges, confirm data and tool access, and set success measures.

  2. Enable

Every participant learns what current AI is good at, where it fails, and how to evaluate it.

  3. Build and evaluate

Teams build bounded prototypes with coaching, then test them against the agreed measures.

  4. Decide

On a date agreed up front, you get a readout: what to advance, what to revise, and what to stop.

Example challenges

These are examples. We shape the challenges around your processes during preparation.

Invoice exceptions

Classify why invoices fail matching and draft the fix for a reviewer.

Intake routing

Read incoming requests and send them to the right queue with a summary.

Policy answers

Answer staff questions from your own policies, with sources cited.

Legacy workflow explainer

Describe what an old workflow or script actually does, in plain language.

Sprint questions

Do participants need to know how to code?

No. Each team pairs business experts with technical builders. Non-technical participants shape the problem, test the output, and judge whether it's useful.

What does a sprint cost?

It's a fixed proposal based on format, team count, preparation, tools, and location. Travel, venue, and AI usage costs are listed separately so nothing is hidden.

Which AI tools do teams use?

The ones your organization approves. We can work inside Microsoft, AWS, Google, or other environments you already have.

Will prototypes be production ready?

No, and that's deliberate. Prototypes prove whether an idea works. The readout includes what it would take to make the best ones production grade.

Who owns what the teams build?

You do. Prototypes, prompts, and documentation created during the sprint belong to your organization.
